Current Class Schedule

Stuck in a rut? Come take one of our classes! All fitness levels welcome. We try to make working out fun and motivational. 




TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises. All levels welcome!



Spin is a group indoor cycling class focusing on strength, speed, and endurance, with choreography designed to work and tone every muscle group in the body. Spinning is a great cardiovascular workout and can help build lower-body muscle strength. We offer a variety of classes for every level!

CrossFit Jumps

Bootcamp is an interval training workout with bursts of intense activity and rests of lighter activity. You can expect cardio, light weights, bodyweight exercises, such as  pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints.
